Precision manufacturing: high-precision processing and assembly of high-strength steel structures and core components (such as hydraulic cylinders, accumulators, sensors, clamping units). factory testing: conduct rigorous factory acceptance testing including no-load/load testing, stress testing, fatigue simulation, and control system logic verification. on-board installation and commissioning: base installation and system connection are carried out at the shipyard, and joint debugging with the whole ship control system to complete sea trial tests to verify the actual performance.
