Globe valve: used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. it has good sealing performance but large fluid resistance. it is suitable for steam, water, oil and other media. gate valve: fully open and fully closed valve with low fluid resistance. it is suitable for large-diameter pipelines, but the sealing surface is easy to wear. ball valve: the opening and closing part is a ball, which is easy to operate and has good sealing performance. it is suitable for various media, but the price is high. butterfly valve: simple structure, small size, light weight, suitable for low-pressure and large-diameter pipelines, but relatively poor sealing performance. check valve: prevents the medium from flowing backwards. according to the structure, it can be divided into swing type, lifting type and butterfly type check valves. safety valve: when the system pressure exceeds the set value, it automatically opens the pressure relief to protect the safety of equipment and pipelines. pressure reducing valve: reduces the inlet pressure to a required outlet pressure and keeps the outlet pressure stable. trap: automatically discharges condensate water, preventing steam from escaping and improving thermal efficiency.
